Oceania Facilities Group’s vision is to become Australia’s predominant integrated facilities group. As a consolidator of successful service providers, we will become the premier source of high-quality multi-faceted facilities services in the country.
Oceania Facilities Group is poised to acquire well-established providers of facility services. We are looking to acquire companies with a proven history of client satisfaction, established processes, and ethical standards.
We are building a multi-service group through acquisition of commercial cleaning companies, followed by other services providers in the space.
Presently, we are seeking acquisitions of successful commercial cleaning businesses. Owners will be given the opportunity to retire, or in some cases, continue to work in a management role.
In assessing an opportunity, we will consider a multitude of factors including the business’ history, owner’s goals, client mix, and stakeholder impact.
