CHAIRMAN, M&A

Mr. Peter Reichler

Mr. Peter Reichler is a well experienced CFO, CEO and Managing Director with strong skillsets in strategy, risk management, leadership and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Reichler has gained his experience in industries including Engineering, Manufacturing, Transport, Mining, and Infrastructure. He has served on boards and played key roles in major corporations such as Calibre Group, Downer EDI, and Amcor Limited where he led a 1.7 billion euro acquisition of a large manufacturing company to success. Mr. Reichler has deep M&A experience spanning an estimated three billion dollars in transactions.

Contributing at both executive and board level, including Chairman, is second nature to Mr. Reichler. His hands on experience combined with his strategic know-how allow him to add substantial value to many enterprises. Mr. Reichler enjoys implementing his experience and expertise in businesses that require rapid change and transformations.

Mr. Reichler holds an MBA from Macquarie University, Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr. Gordon Marr

Mr. Gordon Marr is a highly experienced executive with strong skills in leadership, consulting, and in Facility Services. He has spent over 28 years in the commercial cleaning industry where he held key executive roles including General Manager of cleaning services at Spotless Cleaning, and Executive General Manager for commercial cleaning (AUS & NZ) at ISS Facility Services. Mr. Marr has a unique set of skills which allowed him to deliver growth and operational excellence across his career. He is a seasoned business leader with the wisdom and expertise to assess industry enterprises, and provide step by step strategies to improve operations and management processes.
Throughout his career, Mr. Marr has used his management prowess to improve operational efficiencies, increase business profitability, while ensuring businesses operate in a sound and fair manner. Drawing from his experience managing large contracts and successful commercial cleaning enterprises, he emphasises the importance of training, professionalism, and having the right people for the role. Following his retirement from fulltime work in 2016, he spent time as a consultant helping to use his experience to drive businesses forward into success. Mr. Marr is highly endorsed for management, operations, negotiation, and leadership. He was also a member of the Australian Defence Force for 9 years.

Rohan Higgins

Mr. Rohan Higgins is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Kyocera Document Solutions Australasia and has more than 25 years’ experience in senior Finance, Strategy, Operations and Transformational leadership forged across significant global and local market leaders including General Electric, Fuji Xerox, Rentokil and the NRMA.

Mr. Higgins has a wealth of experience across diverse industries such as technology, chemicals, logistics, allied healthcare, tourism, manufacturing, wholesaling, diversified services and business system technology across Australia and multiple Asian countries.

Mr. Higgins also possesses an impressive depth of cross functional know-how across key disciplines such as finance, HR, Operations, IT, Systems, Sales and Legal. Having advised local and global businesses through rapid growth, transformations, turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, market defensive strategies and global financial booms and busts, Rohan drives businesses both operationally and strategically.

LEGAL, M&A

Mr. Duncan Glasgow

Mr. Duncan Glasgow is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and company secretary who has worked across several ASX listed companies as well as private companies in the energy, mining, retailing, financial services and industrial manufacturing sectors.

His current role is as the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary of the ASX listed Magnis Energy Technologies Ltd which operates in the renewable energy value chain and prior to that was Director of Legal and Risk at Cater Care Holdings, a leading contract caterer in Australia where he was responsible for managing the risk, governance activities and corporate requirements for all the company’s operating entities. He spent over 8 years at Wilmar Sugar Australia Limited (previously known as CSR Sugar) as General Counsel & Company Secretary where he was responsible for assisting executives on corporate restructuring, M&A including due diligence, separation negotiations and documentation, consulting with tax and other advisors as well as regulators.

Mr. Glasgow has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a Fellow of the Governance Institute and holds an Unqualified Practicing Certificate from the Law Society of NSW.

FOUNDING DIRECTOR

Mr. Ade Ojo

Mr. Ade Ojo is the founding director of Oceania Facilities Group. He has a background in sales, entrepreneurship, and business development.

Mr. Ojo is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded a number of businesses including Factory To Home, an online based mega store providing Australians with access to thousands of mid to large sized home goods including furniture, homewares and garden supplies. Starting with no capital, he has developed this business into a brand boasting delivery of over 100,000 mid-large items throughout Australian homes.

Mr. Ojo has a skillset comprised of leadership, team building, and vision setting. He focuses on concepts, milestones, and problem solving. He is a goal oriented businessman and has the keen ability to bring people together to achieve core objectives.
